Items Shipped by LL Intention

Items we have on hand will usually be packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after the carrier receives your package and is separate from our processing time.

Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand items are made after your order is placed, so please allow additional time for both production and shipping. Available estimates will be shown at checkout.

If your order contains both an item shipped by LL Intention and a print-on-demand item, they may arrive separately. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, reach out as soon as possible using the form on our Contact Us page, and we’ll do our best to update it before production or shipping begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Reused Packaging

In our efforts to support the wellbeing of our Earth, your order may arrive in a reused shipping box or include clean packing materials saved from other shipments. Read more about our approach on the Our Intention page.

Carrier Delays

Shipping times can vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delays or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
